Hz. Peygamber’in Belli Bir Sebebe Binaen Yapmış Olduğu Fiiller “İbn Hibbân’ın Et-Tekâsîm Ve’l-Envâ` Adlı Eseri Özelinde”

Abstract

Kur’an-ı Kerim tarafından üsve-i hasene diye tanıtılan Hz. Peygamber, ibâdetten, aileye, sosyal hayattan, idareye kadar birçok alana ilişkin davranış modelleri oluşturmuş, müminler de ortaya konulan bu yaşam tarzına tabi olmakla emrolunmuşlardır. Bu amaçla sahâbe-i kirâm, Resûl-i Ekrem’e ait fiilleri çok dikkatli bir şekilde takip etmişler, içlerinden bazıları da ilgili amelin hangi ortam ve gerekçelerle meydana geldiğini araştırma ihtiyacı hissetmişlerdir. Zira bir eylemin sebebinin bilinmesi, onun anlaşılması ve örnekliği noktasında önemli bir aşamayı teşkil etmektedir. Sahâbe döneminden başlayan efâlü’r-resûle yönelik anlama gayretleri, ilerleyen devirlerde de artarak devam etmiştir. Nitekim hicri 4. asırda sünneti değerlendirmede kendine özgü yaklaşımı ile öne çıkan İbn Hibbân, efâlü’n-nebîyi elli alt başlıkta incelemiştir. İşte bu çalışma; İbn Hibbân’a ait et-Tekâsîm ve’l-envâ` eseri çerçevesinde, makasıdın tespiti dolayısıyla ahkâmın anlaşılması hususunda önemli bir katkı sağlayacağını düşündüğümüz, Hz. Peygamber’in belli bir sebebe binaen yapmış olduğu fiillerin incelenmesini konu edinmektedir.

The Prophet who was introduced by the Qur'an as top-down hasene has created behavioral models related to many areas from worship, family, social life to administration. Believers are also ordered to follow this lifestyle. For this purpose, the Companions followed the acts of the Messenger of God very carefully. Some of them felt the need to investigate in which environment and for what reasons the Prophet made these practices. Because knowing the reason for an act is an important step in understanding and exemplifying it. The efforts of understanding the acts of the Prophet, which started with the Companions’ period, continued increasingly in the following periods. As a matter of fact, Ibn ?ibb?n, who came to the fore with his unique approach in evaluating sunnah in the 4th century, examined the acts of the Prophet under fifty titles. This work, within the framework of his work titled "al-Taq?s?m wa’l-anw?’" by İbn ?ibb?n, deals with the study of the actions that the Prophet made for a certain reason. Because such a study will make an important contribution to the determination of maq?sid and to understand ahq?m.
