Anasınıfına devam eden çocukların annelerinin anne tutumlarının incelenmesi (Çorum ili örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırma, anasınıfına devam eden çocukların annelerinin anne tutumlarının incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Çorum il merkezinde yer alan ilköğretime bağlı anasınıfına devam eden çocukların anneleri oluşturmuştur. Her sınıftan sekiz çocuğun annesine ulaşılarak toplam 348 anneyle çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve Karabulut Demir ve Şendil (2008) tarafından geliştirilen “Ebeveyn Tutum Ölçeği (ETÖ)” kullanılmıştır. “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Ebeveyn Tutum Ölçeği” ile elde edilen veriler SPSS 20 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. “Mann - Whitney U” “Kruskal -Wallis H” testlerinden ve “Korelasyon analizlerinden” yararlanılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi olarak 0,05 alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; çocuğun cinsiyetinin annenin “Demokratik” tutumunda etkili olduğu, çocuğun okul öncesi eğitime devam etme süresinin, annenin öğrenim durumunun, annenin çalışma durumunun ve annenin aylık gelirinin annenin “Aşırı koruyucu” tutumunda etkili olduğu, çocuğun doğum sırasının, annenin yaşının ve çocuk sayısının anne tutumunda etkili olmadığı saptanmıştır. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda; eğitimcilere annelere ve araştırmacılara yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.

This study was carried out to investigate the mother attitudes of the mothers with a child attending to a kindergarten. The working group of the study was made up of the mothers of the children attending to a kindergarten acting under a primary school in the city centre of Çorum. The mothers of eight children in each class were reached and the study was carried out over 348 mothers in total. As a data collection tool, “Personal Information Form” prepared by the researcher and “Parent Attitude Scale” (PAS) that was developed by Karabulut Demir and Şendil (2008) were used. The data obtained through “Personal Information Form” and “Parent Attitude Scale” was analysed in the software package program of SPSS 20. “Mann Whitney U”, “Kruskal Wallis-H” tests and “Correlation analysis” were used. The level of significance was taken as 0.05. At the end of the study, it was found that the gender of the child was effective on the democratic attitude of the mother, the period of attending to a preschool education institution, the educational status of the mother, the working status of the mother and the monthly income of the mother had an effect on the overprotecting attitude of the mother, and that the birth rank of the child, the age of the mother and the number of children did not have an effect on the attitude of the mother. Depending on these findings, some recommendations were proposed for educator, mothers and researchers.
