İbnu'l-Hanbelî ve "Kafvu'l-Eser fi Safvi Ulûmi'l-eser" isimli çalışması

Abstract

Hadis usûlü ilmini inceleyen araştırmacıların dikkatle baktığında nazarlarından kaçmayacak olan hususlardan biri, klasik hadis usûlü kaynaklarının en belirgin olanlarının Şâfiîler tarafından kaleme alındığıdır. Bu nedenle de hadis usûlü kaynaklarının Şâfiîler tarafından telif edildiği ve diğer mezhep mensuplarının katkılarının az olduğu şeklinde bir kanaat hâsıl olmuştur. Bu bağlamda biz, Hanefîlerin Hadis Usûlü ilmine yapmış oldukları katkıları ortaya çıkartmak amacıyla bu tezi hazırladık. Tezimiz; önsöz ve sonuç bölümü haricinde giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde hadis usûlü ilminin tanımı, ortaya çıkışı, hadis usûlü hakkında yapılan en bariz çalışmalar, hadis usûlü kaynaklarının müelliflerinin fıkhî görüş ve mezhepleri gibi konular ele alınırken, Hanefîlerin hadis usûlü ilmine olan katkılarına kısaca bir giriş de yapılmış ve bu kapsamda Hanefîlerin hadis usûlünü ele alış tarzları tanıtılmıştır. Birinci bölümde hadis usûlü kaynaklarına yeni bir eser katmış olan Hanefî âlimlerinden İbnu'l-Hanbelî ele alınmış; hayatı, ailesi, hocaları, talebeleri ve ilmî çalışmaları araştırılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise, hanefîlerin hadisçilere muhalefet etmiş olduğu hadis usûlü konularına ve hanefîler tarafından hadis usûlüne yapılmış katkılara yer verilmiştir. Tezimizde bu konuları hanefîlerin ana kaynakları mahiyetinde olan eserlere muracaat ederek hanefîbakış açısını açıklamaya çalışılmıştır.

Researchers studying the science of Hadith methodology if look at carefully one of the issues that will not escape from the evil eyes is the most significant of classic style hadith sources such as ''Al-Muhaddisul-Fasil', Mukaddime of Ibn al-Salah, the basic resources penned by Shafii. Therefore, it is believed that the sources of hadith procedure are copyright by Shafiis, the other denominations have been though few contributions, but there was no contribution of Hanafis. To prove that this thought is not correct and in order to reveal the Hanafi tradition that made a great contribution to the science of Hadith procedure, we worked on this subject as a thesis. This thesis, except the preface and the conclusion part, consists introduction and two parts. In the introduction, definition of the science of Hadith procedure, it's emergence, the most obvious studies about the method of Hadith, fiqh opinions and sects of Hadith procedure resources of authors, such as issues when discussing, also made a brief introduction to the contributions of Hanafi in the science of Hadith procedure and in this scope, Hanafi tradition used to handle styles of Hadith procedure are introduced. In the first part, Ibn al-Hanbali who have added a new book fold to the sources of Hadith procedure from Hanafi scholars is described. Ibn al-Hanbali lived in the 10th century Hijri, as well, in the 15th century, the period of transition of Islamic caliphate from the Abbasids to the Ottoman, the periods of Ottoman Empire Yavuz Sultan Selim and his son Kanuni Sultan Suleyman Han. Ibn al-Hanbali's living period is a period known as the golden age of the Ottoman Empire. In the first part, Ibn al-Hanbali's life, his family, teachers, students and scientific studies have been searched.
